Vibrational workshop

This workshop is facilitated by Sam, who has practised meditation and mastering the frequencies daily, for over thirteen years. 

In this workshop, Sam shares what vibration is, and how we can perceive it differently by changing our perspective.

How the mind directs the energy and how we can alchemise the frequency to create a mental atmosphere which attracts our core desires.
